Which athletes and other persons of the sports world get too much credit?
Many sports fans often wonder, "why does everyone think so and so is so good" or "why is he covered by the press so much?" We have provided some names of baseball, basketball, and football players and coaches and managers, who we think are overrated. These overrated players and coaches can give their ego, the media, or their teammates for tricking many into thinking they are great. To be an over-rated professional athlete doesn't mean to be poor at what they do, they are just not that good. Other players should have more fame than the following over-rated athletes and sports personnel. Somehow, the following have taken the spotlight.
Joe Torre - so he won titles with the Yankees, e is uninspiring and done.
Tracy McGrady- 6'9" jumpshooter who doesn't get to the line and shoots a low pct.
Tony Romo -all that talent on offense cannot stop this quarterback from failing in the final minutes.
Brian Urlacher - not only is he an overrated player, but overrated as a person.
Dontrelle Willis - one good stretch in his career, but the big Detroit park should help him.
Tom Brady - could he have gone into Cleveland the past decade and made them a winner, no.
Shannon Sharpe (analyst) - how did he get that job? where is his brother?
Andy Roddick - but it's not his fault he's the only American tennis player of note right now.
Jason Kidd - he can't shoot the ball, doesn't treat women well.he can dribble and pass.
Phil Jackson - Michael, Scottie, Kobe, Shaq. But Phil is good at bringing together talent.
